Born in Quebec: Engineering Meets the Mountain
Founded in 2019 by three mechanical engineering students from Université Laval, Ferreol started with a clear mission: build skis that are as intelligent as they are powerful.
Instead of outsourcing production halfway across the globe, Ferreol keeps its heart close to home. Every model is conceptualized, prototyped, and rigorously tested in their innovation lab right at the foot of Mont-Sainte-Anne, before being manufactured just down the road in Rimouski, Quebec.
- Local Sourcing: Wood cores (using premium local poplar and maple) are harvested from forests located less than 100 kilometers from the manufacturing facility.
- Clean Energy: Skis are produced using clean, renewable hydroelectric power.
