# Shipping Policy --- - $30 FLAT RATE Shipping on all SKI and SNOWBOARD orders across Canada - $5 - $15 FLAT RATE Shipping on varying Apparel and Accessories across Canada - EBIKES and Adult Bikes are pre-built, checked and then boxed for easy assembley once you receive the product. - $30 - $75 FLAT RATE Shipping on varying Jr bikes across Canada depending on size. - All packages are shipped using [Canpar](http://www.canpar.ca/en/track/tracking.jsp), [Purolator](https://www.purolator.com/en/shipping/track-shipment), [UPS](https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_CA&requester=ST/), or [FedEX](https://www.fedex.com/en-ca/tracking.html). - We ONLY ship to residential addresses. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes - Quebec: We currently can not accept credit card orders from the Province of Quebec. Please use the E-Transfer Option at checkout. - **Shipping to the USA: We currently DO NOT ship to the USA.** - We reserve the right to request for picture ID showing the matching address used in your order. - We do not offer Express Shipping at this time - Once your order is received, you will get a confirmation email. Within 72 hours you will receive a second email with your tracking number. This means your package has been packed and is starting its journey to you. - We ship daily between Tuesday and Friday. No pacakges are shipped Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
